Ben has gained a reputation for unique designs and outstanding craftmanship. This has been achieved by keeping our work team small so he remains hands on at all times. All of our boats are built so that they are individual to each customer.
Customers are encouraged to make regular visits throughout the build to ensure they are 100% happy before starting the next stage. If customers live quite far or may be very busy, we offer photos sent via email of the progress. Ben will offer new ideas or suggestions if he feels that you could achieve a lot more than originally designed.( No extra costs occur unless they are upgrades or more work is involved)

Customers are offered a viewing on a completed boat or which option is available to view at that time. We then discuss ideas and options that will meet the customers requirements. The next stage is for us to sketch a drawing and list the specification of the boat to match the quoted price. This may be done before the appointment if customers have discussed options over the telephone. A second visit may then be advised and if the customers are happy we will hand over a copy of the contract drawn up by a solicitor.
The contract lists all the stage payments, a full specification and a layout drawing. This is then signed by both the customer and builder and a deposit of £2000 is placed to confirm the build slot. Once we have got to this stage all the necessary suppliers can be contacted so that the boat will be built to schedule. The deposit also secures the build slot with your chosen hull builder.

To help customers with any security issues we split the first two stage payments so that you can see the hull before making a second payment and we will also hand over a certificate with the customers name and hull identification number. Each payment made is the percentage of the boat you will own, this is written in your contract. We understand customers can be worried handing over large sums of money, we will work with you to make sure the stage payments are secure both to the customer and builder.
